Quick start
- Enable Bluetooth and Location permissions on your iPhone.
- Enable Bluetooth location or smartphone connection features on your camera.
- Open PinSnap and tap the main control to start GPS streaming.
- Select your camera when it appears, then keep PinSnap running while you shoot.
Camera does not appear
- Confirm the camera supports Bluetooth location services.
- Restart Bluetooth on your iPhone and camera.
- Keep camera and phone close during first pairing.
- Check whether another phone or camera app is already connected.
GPS is not updating
- Allow Location access for PinSnap in iOS Settings.
- Use Precise mode when you need maximum accuracy.
- Move outdoors or near a window if the GPS signal is weak.
Subscription help
- Purchases and trials are handled by Apple's App Store.
- Use Restore Purchase in the app if you already subscribed.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings.
