These terms govern your use of the PinSnap iOS app and related website. By using PinSnap, you agree to these terms.
PinSnap requires a compatible Bluetooth-enabled camera. The app cannot add geotags without supported camera hardware and permissions.
Subscription and billing
- PinSnap offers an annual auto-renewable subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- A free trial may be available for eligible users and is shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Use license
- You may use PinSnap for personal or professional photography workflows.
- You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, misuse, or interfere with the app or its services.
Hardware requirements
- Compatibility depends on camera model, firmware, Bluetooth availability, and iOS permissions.
- Camera firmware updates or hardware limitations may affect connection behavior.
Warranty disclaimer
- PinSnap is provided as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- GPS accuracy depends on device, environment, and iOS location services.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinSnap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.
